Maurice Owens Jr. and Delwin Hervey founded Owens Hervey PLLC in August 2008. After years of practicing at large international and national law firms, the two decided to provide those same quality services from a small firm platform at an affordable price. The Firm began practicing at Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas. In 2015, the firm moved to the Inwood National Bank Building in the Dallas County suburb of DeSoto, Texas and in 2026, relocated to our current location on N. Hampton Road. In 2016, the Firm began doing business as Owens PLLC, retaining its recognized OH trademark. Today, Owens PLLC continues to provide its clients with the same excellent legal service and advice.

GREEN FIRM PROGRAM
Since 2009, Owens PLLC has been an active partner in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) WasteWise Program. The Firm has been an advocate for the go green campaign happening worldwide. The environmental movement gained momentum in the 1960s and has since grown to educate people around the world on what they can do to decrease the human impact on the Earth. The Firm has implemented various procedures to help in this effort. In 2020 Owens PLLC was recognized as a Regional Award Winner by the EPA for its significant reduction in paper use and other waste. We welcome any suggestions as we continue our never ending cycle of identifying, evaluating, implementing, and measuring green initiatives. Please join us in our efforts.
